Isabella Perkins

Over the years, I have gained experience in alternative provision, social housing and youth theatre settings. In my previous youth worker role, I delivered creative workshops that encouraged young people to explore and express themselves in a safe and nurturing environment. 

I believe the youth are full of wonderful ideas and we need to take the time to actively listen. I value the collaborative process of learning from one another and creating spaces where individuals feel empowered, confident and proud of their own journey.

I’m excited to be joining an organisation whose values align so closely with my own and look forward to making a positive difference. Being able to support young people as they grow and discover their potential is an honour and something I find incredibly rewarding.
