Melissa Gowland

I have a background in business support and finance admin, working for SBC within Children’s Services for over 6 years. More recently, I worked in a safe house supporting survivors of exploitation. It was incredibly rewarding to see positive outcomes and to witness life‑changing progress in the people we supported.

I’m excited to have joined the team at Young Swindon and Wiltshire and to be part of something that makes a difference in my local area. I know how much this kind of support is needed, and I’m proud to contribute to it.
